At Zhang Zhang, we ship exclusively from the Netherlands.

As a clothing brand, we intentionally operate from one location so we can personally inspect and control the quality of every product before it leaves our facility. This ensures that each item meets our standards.

Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from:

  • The Netherlands

By shipping only from the Netherlands, we maintain full control over product quality, packaging, and dispatch.

Split Shipments

Orders are typically shipped in one package.

In rare cases (such as pre-orders or temporary stock differences), your order may arrive in multiple packages.

  • Each package will have its own tracking number

  • Packages may arrive on different days

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times (Business Days)

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Since we ship exclusively from the Netherlands:

  • Within the Netherlands: No customs fees

  • Within the EU: No additional import charges upon delivery

You will not be charged unexpected fees at delivery.
