This website is operated by Zhang Zhang, a clothing brand registered in the Netherlands. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zhang Zhang.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN POLICY)

Under Dutch law, consumers have the right to cancel purchases within 14 days:

  • The 14 days start the day you receive your order.

  • To withdraw, notify us at info@zhangzhang.com or via our contact form.

  • Return items in their original condition, including all packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds (including standard shipping) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Exceptions: Customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned.

 

7. DEFECTS & WARRANTY

  • Products comply with Dutch consumer law.

  • If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Notify us immediately of defects, missing, or incorrect items.
